RIVAL event 4 took place online on two half days:

• Thursday 28th January 2021 14:00-17:00
• Friday 12th February 2021 10:00-13:00

On these dates Morag Higgison, Sean McNamara, Diane Pennington, and Hazel Hall  each led a team of RIVAL network members in work towards four outputs. These include the delivery of a professional event in late 2021, an article (published in the March 2021 issue of Information Professional), a funding bid, and an evaluation report of the RIVAL project.
